ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ commits to the following to support LGBTQ+ campus community members:
1. Increase budget for employee affinity groups beginning in Fall 2024: COMPLETE
2. Improve and strengthen the Policy for Appointment of Voluntary Employees: READ THE NEW ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ VOLUNTEER POLICY
3. Enhance diversity-related campus programming coordination and support: IN PROGRESS
4. Develop protocols for responding to bias-related incidents, including collaborating with our employee affinity groups and student organizations: IN PROGRESS
5. Promote a safe campus community for all members of ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥, through but not limited to implementing LGBTQ+ inclusivity workshops and increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops for campus throughout the academic year: IN PROGRESS
