ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Lecturer to appear on BBC 2, reports The Times
A ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ lecturer is set to appear on BBC 2’s Trust Me I’m a Doctor tonight at 9 o’clock.
Dr Andy Johnson, a ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ psychology lecturer, will appear on the show as an expert in the field of concentration enhancement, as reported in today’s issue of The Times.
Andy will be presenting his findings on a recent experiment that tested the effects that caffeine, chewing gum, eating fudge and swallowing sage pills have on the brain’s performance and alertness.
In keeping with Andy’s previous research into cognitive psychology, tonight’s episode of Trust Me I’m a Doctor will hone in on useful and surprising ways that we can improve our cognitive performance even late into the day. Dr Johnson’s previous research has included relatively neglected areas including olfactory, gustatory and tactile memory, and has looked at how cycling and wine impacts on memory.
