Dr Svetla Stoyanova-Bozhkova, Deputy Head of Department in People & Organisations at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Business School, won 'Best Mentor Award - Personal Impact' at the National Mentoring Matters Awards 2024. This is in recognition of her contribution to the Help to Grow: Management programme.
