   A collaborative team are searching for the wreck of a French Galley, which, like the Mary Rose, was lost during the Battle of the Solent in 1545.

   I am now able to start winter training, with lots of gym sessions and strength and conditioning work to keep me in good shape ready for next season, hopefully competition in ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥CS Indoors if it goes ahead, and the outdoor season beyond, hoping for more pbs.
