It's important to look after your health and wellbeing at university. With so many academic, social and personal changes going on make sure that you take time out to treat yourself well and find a good work/life balance.

If you feel that you could benefit from some support there are several mental and physical health support services on campus which are available to all ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ students. Student Wellbeing

Our service based at Talbot House has a range of options to meet your mental health needs and our Wellbeing Advisors are on hand to help you decide the best way forward. The service is confidential and completely free, and offers a range of support including; drop-in sessions, workshops, booked appointments and counselling, plus information and links to other services.

Medical Centre

If you are looking for medical support the at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ offers a full range of medical services, health and sexual advice. Based at Talbot House, it is open to all students and daily appointments are available. There is also provision for out of hours and emergency support.

Keeping fit can really help to improve your wellbeing. offer a wide range of fitness and rehabilitation services including; membership, health check, personal training, massage and chiropratic treatment.
