The Graduate Skills Programme at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ is a free employability programme open to all current students. Managed by CareersÂãÁÄÖ±²¥Â and delivered with industry partners such as Lush, Mazars, Marriot, IBM, 3 Sided Cube, University Hospitals Dorset and BCP Council, the programme supports you to develop and articulate transferable skills that can be applied to any industry or role.
The programme is made up of four stages: Self-Awareness,ÌýExplore Options, Gain Experience and Prepare to Apply.
Each stage includes industry-led Masterclasses and insight days, online learning resources and extracurricular opportunities. Any students completing all four stages of the programme will gain the Graduate Skills Award.
How to gain the Graduate Skills+ AwardÂ
To achieve your Graduate Skills Award, you will need to complete the following for each of the four stages of the programme:
- Attend one Graduate Skills Masterclass
- Complete two activities or resources
- Complete self-reflection activities via your .
You will receive an award and certificate that can be added to your CV and you will be invited to our annual Awards Ceremony.Â
