The African Student Association (ASA) is a student-led club that aims to celebrate African culture on campus. We focus on leadership, community service, and cultural unity. We strive to achieve the highest level of education among our peers. Join us in learning more about Africa and exploring the various cultures.

The Black Student Union is a club that embraces inclusion, diversity and equality. 

We are a community of students who love to interact with our campus to foster a healthy relationship between the students, faculty and university. We are more than a club but a community that helps harbor our gifts for our common goals.

Our organization's core mission is to empower and uplift Black women while promoting diversity, inclusivity, and social impact on the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ campus. 

Black Women on Campus (B.W.O.C) will provide resources to help Black female students thrive and leave a lasting, positive mark on both our campus and the surrounding community. 

We aim to achieve this by fostering an inclusive space for open dialogue, exchanging innovative ideas, and advancing the goals, ambitions, and impact of B.W.O.C members and the wider community. 

All of this will be done while celebrating the rich diversity of our members and promoting positive social change.

Our mission is to increase the access, retention, and graduation rates for undergraduate men of color (African, African American/Black, Asian/Pacific Islander, Latinx and Native American) at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥. The program aims to support the college and career success of boys and men of color by utilizing a comprehensive approach to promote brotherhood and community through cultural awareness and identity development.

• Is designed to support underrepresented/minority male students.
• Build a brotherhood and connection of men on campus.
• Help expose students to campus resources.
• Assist with engagement in professional opportunities.
• Build character enhancement and campus leaders.

We will also be hosting topical discussions on topics that are important to success at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥. Topics include Finding a Job on Campus, How to Land an Internship, Student Research Opportunities, Being a Male of Color on Campus, and How to Get Involved on Campus. We are excited that our Excel Scholars are making the Dean’s List, landing jobs on campus, and securing internships! We are looking forward to connecting with you. We know we can be helpful in supporting your student success.

A beacon of excellence, the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) stands as one of the largest student-governed organizations based in the U.S. Founded in 1975, NSBE champions the dreams and ambitions of collegiate and pre-collegiate students, as well as technical professionals, in engineering and technology fields. Boasting more than 700 chapters and a membership exceeding 24,000 around the globe, NSBE advances a critical mission: “to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.

With a legacy spanning 49 years, NSBE has birthed countless businesses, empowered corporate leaders, moved multitudes of engineers to graduation, and enriched STEM education for hundreds of thousands of K–12 students worldwide. In essence, NSBE members, chapters, and supporters are fervently committed to shaping a brighter future where Black excellence reigns supreme.
