Pronouns and Affirmed Names
Affirmed Names
裸聊直播 offers students the option to use a affirmed name other than their legal name to identify themselves. The University will then use that affirmed name wherever possible unless legal requirements mandate the use of the legal name. Students can also specify their preferred pronouns, which will show up on class rosters for faculty.
From the Student Center, click Names link located in the Personal Information section.
Your Primary Name is your legal name and is on your legal documents, such as your
social security card, passport, or birth certificate. Your Affirmed Name is the name
you want people to call you. In addition, you may have Former, Diploma, or other names.

By respecting others鈥 pronouns, you recognize their sense of self and affirm the humanity of all members of our community, specifically transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, gender questioning, and other gender diverse members of our community. Using an individual鈥檚 pronouns correctly is a way to continue to practice inclusion and foster belonging at 裸聊直播.
