What is Academic Notice?
Any Undergraduate student whose ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ or Overall GPA falls below a 2.0 (good standing) will be placed on Academic Notice (formerly known as Academic Probation) and must attend an Academic Notice Workshop to have their hold removed (which prevents registration for the upcoming term).
EO 1038 Criteria for Academic Notice & Disqualification

Two Ways to Complete the Academic Notice Workshop
Option 1: Zoom/HyFlex Academic Notice Workshop
- To view this workshop, please sign in using your ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Net ID and password.
- Seating is limited. Workshops are first come, first served.
- You must be present for the entire workshop to receive credit for attendance (workshops are 60-90 minutes long).
- Please use your ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Email to register for the workshop.
- Turn in your Academic Notice Agreement form by 4:30pm on May 16th, 2025.

The University has calculated Academic Standing for all students. Once the Academic Standing process has been completed and you have been notified of your Academic Standing via your under Message Center, then students may contact the AARC for additional information.I have an academic notice.
