Your online timetable will also display any lecture postponements or reschedules and will also highlight when a teaching event is online or on campus.ÌýÂ
If you have provided a mobile number in your  profile, you will automatically be signed up for text alerts if there are any emergency calendar postponements (less than 24 hours’ notice).ÌýIf you’d like to opt out of receiving these messages, you can click the ‘SMS opt out’ box in your online timetable settings.Ìý on using online timetable, and how to do opt out of messages.Ìý
Your online timetable can also show the timetable and availability of faculty specialist rooms, such as computer labs and meeting rooms.Ìý

The Calendar CentreÂ
The Calendar Centre allows you to access different calendar feeds (including your teaching timetable, room bookings and Brightspace events) alongside your own personal calendar on your phone, tablet or PC - helping you to manage your work-life balance.
Once your timetable is available you will need to set this up by logging into the , reading and accepting the terms and conditions, and choosing which feeds you want to access.
