Policies
The Dean of Students Office administers and maintains the Student Conduct Code, California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Section 41301, and abides by all University and systemwide policies for the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ system. The following documents relate to student disciplinary matters, policies unique to ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥, and other systemwide policies pertaining to students.

Student Conduct Code (Title 5, California Code of Regulations) |

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects student confidentiality by placing certain restrictions on the disclosure of information contained in a student's educational record, including (but not limited to) student conduct records. Student Conduct records are protected by FERPA. Therefore, without written consent from a student, non-directory information (which includes student conduct records) cannot be shared. | |
Student Complaint and Grievance Procedures | Policy and procedures regarding individual Student academic or non-academic complaints and/or grievances against the actions and/or decisions of faculty, academic administrators, or staff professionals.
